A 1-Hour Coaching Session is the perfect opportunity for individuals and families to receive one-on-one time with a Certified GAPS* Coach. The session is all about addressing your questions and concerns as they relate to your journey on GAPS*. Common topics of discussion include assistance with:

  • Understanding the concepts of the GAPS Protocol
  • Understanding the GAPS Protocol spectrum (Full, Intro, No-Plant, Fasting, Ketogenic, Coming Off)
  • Cooking Techniques for the GAPS Protocol
  • Pantry & Refrigerator Sweeps
  • Food Sourcing & Grocery Shopping
  • Practical Issues, such as providing food and lifestyle suggestions for addressing common symptoms
  • Picky Eaters on the GAPS* Protocol (refer to the Coaching Package for Transitioning Picky Eaters onto GAPS*)
  • Enema Issues if it is not your first time (otherwise refer to the Coaching Package for First Time Enema)

(The following is outside the scope of practice for a Certified GAPS* Coach: diagnosing, analysis of test results, giving medical advice, or giving advice related to prescriptions/medications).

For the very first session we have together, you will be asked to fill out a form that allows me to get to know your situation and circumstances. This allows you to let me know what you want to discuss and gives me the opportunity to collect the information you are looking for. Please note that your information is private, and you have the freedom to choose how much information you wish to disclose.

If you are a returning client, you will still be prompted to fill out some basic questions, but it won’t be as long as the first session. This gives an overall picture of how your journey is going so far and what areas of concern you would like to address.

You have good intentions of wanting to commit, but just need some extra motivation and helpful tips to get things rolling. This package includes:

COMING SOON – Coaching VALUE Package for First Time Enema – Are you frightened or nervous by the idea of performing an enema? Are you wanting to ask the embarrassing questions, but don’t have anyone to turn to? Are you needing some assistance with learning the basics to ensure it goes smoothly? This is intended for adults planning to perform an enema on themselves, or their child/baby, and need some further guided assistance with mentally and physically preparing for it. The package includes:

  • A 1-Hour private one-on-one session to alleviate your first time fears, to address common concerns or questions, and to help you to understand the basics of performing an enema so it is done most comfortably.
  • Step-by-step instructions on how to set up for the enema, how to execute the actual enema and how to cleanup afterwards.
  • Visual demonstrations on how to assemble and use the equipment and how to position your body (or your child) while performing the enema.

Please note that individuals experiencing diarrhea, ulcers or blood in their stool should not perform an enema while these are occurring. Wait for the symptoms to subside before booking an appointment.

What is the difference between the 1-Hour Coaching Session and these VALUE packages?

Both options allow you to book a private one-on-one coaching session. The difference is that the 1-Hour Coaching Session allows you to define what YOU want to discuss within the session, whereas the VALUE packages are tailored to specific predetermined topics of discussion.

So when you book a session, you will be redirected to fill out a questionnaire. If you booked the 1-Hour Coaching Session, this is where you’ll be able to elaborate on your personalized questions and concerns that we’ll cover in the session. If you book one of the VALUE packages, this is where you’ll fill out specific questions geared towards the distinct content within the VALUE package.

What is the difference between the “Coaching VALUE Package to work through Difficulties with Transitioning onto GAPS*” versus the “6-week/7-week PROMOTIONAL Package: Guided Assistance Transitioning onto the GAPS* Protocol”?

The 1-HOUR VALUE package is intended for those who don’t want to spend 6 or 7 weeks transitioning onto GAPS*. They feel comfortable that they understand the basic concepts, but they struggle to execute the transition because they get hung up in certain areas. The VALUE package is intended to offer a 1-Hour private one-on-one session to address specific concerns and questions in these areas.

The 6-week/7-week PROMOTIONAL Package is intended to be much longer and is conducted within a group setting online through Zoom. The weekly sessions are meant to be more educational, allowing you to gain the skills and knowledge to slowly transition over the 6 to 7 week period. There will be a live Q & A weekly session, however they are conducted with a group.

So it all depends whether you feel comfortable tackling the transition on your own with only a little motivation and guidance from the 1-Hour VALUE package, versus receiving step-by-step guidance for transitioning slowly over a 6 to 7 week period with the PROMOTIONAL package. Pick the one that you feel you’ll be more successful with!

What if I am currently doing enemas and having some issues or questions that I need guidance on? I don’t feel like the VALUE Package for First Time Enemas is applicable to me.

That is wonderful that you’re doing enemas!!! I am so happy to hear this! And to answer your question, your best option is to book the 1-Hour Coaching Session to have private one-on-one time to address your concerns and questions. When you book this session, you will be able to indicate that this is a topic of concern that you want to cover off within the allocated 1-Hour session.
